Classic French Croque Monsieur or Madame

Monsieur: Homemade pain de mie, béchamel sauce and Swiss cheese, with your choice of ham or mushroom.

Madame: Monsieur topped with a sunny-side-up egg.

Quiche

Lorraine: Fresh baked ham and Swiss cheese. Veggie: Caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms.Served with a side of salad or fruit.

Pain Bagnat

Flaked salmon, baby spinach, red peppers, sliced onion, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and anchovies, all drizzled with pesto. Includes your choice of an organic mixed green salad or fruit.

Renaud’s Grilled Cheese

Aged Gruyere and Swiss cheese, caramelized shallots and sliced cornichon. Includes your choice of salad or fruit.

Onion Soup "Des Hales"

Caramelized sweet onion, brought to boil and reduced in chicken broth, topped with Swiss cheese, and served with a baguette.

Cream of Carrot Soup

French style creamy homemade carrot soup. Served with a garlic baguette.

Nicoise Salad

Tomatoes, flaked salmon, hardboiled egg, onion, red bell peppers, Kalamata olives, and anchovies, drizzled with basil oil and balsamic reduction. Served with a garlic baguette. 

Renaud's Salad

Organic mixed greens with Dijon mustard dressing, oven-roasted chicken, tomatoes, aged Gruyere cheese and a hard-boiled egg. Served with a garlic baguette.

Avocado Salmon Toast

Smoked salmon, pickled shallots, chives, radishes, tomatoes, chopped red onions, avocado smash, and capers, on your choice of bread. Includes your choice of fruit, salad, or potatoes.

Berry Yogurt Bowl
