Renaud’s Signature French Toast
Two thick-cut slices. Served with pure Canadian maple syrup.
Avocado Salmon Toast
Smoked salmon pickled shallots tomatoes, avocado smash and capers on choice of bread. Includes choice of a side salad or potatoes**.
Fresh Berry Yogurt Bowl
Served with homemade granola and Renaud’s red fruit jam topped with a honey drizzle.
Salads
Niçoise Salad
Tomatoes, flaked salmon, hardboiled egg, red bell peppers, onions, Kalamata olives, and anchovies on Baby Gems drizzled with basil oil and balsamic reduction. Served with a garlic baguette.
Renaud’s Signatue Salad
Baby Gems, oven-roasted chicken, grated Gruyere, roasted cherry tomatoes, sliced hardboiled egg and garlic croissant croutons. Served with a Dijon mustard dressing.

Quiche Lorraine
Renaud’s signature quiche slice. Baked ham and Swiss cheese. Includes choice of a side salad or potatoes**.

Eggs Benedict | Eggs Royale
Two eggs poached with Renaud’s Hollandaise sauce, smoked ham (Benedict) or smoked salmon (Royale), served on two halves of Renaud’s signature brioche roll.

Organic eggs, fresh herbs, smoked ham, and aged Gruyère.
The American Breakfast
Two organic eggs any style; choice of bacon, ham or chicken sausage; toast.
Lunch
Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwich
Bacon, caramelized onions, aged Gruyère, and fresh spinach on Renaud’s soft roll. Includes side of organic mixed green salad.
Croque Monsieur
Smoked ham and béchamel sauce covered in Swiss cheese, served on pain de mie bread. Includes side of organic mixed green salad.
Croque Madame
Croque Monsieur topped with a sunny side up egg. Includes side of organic mixed green salad.
Pain Bagnat
